Cheesy performance in most of it but good info.
I read many sales books and most of the book is the same old sales pitch. But there is a deep realistic expectation of real estate sales inside this book. Also a great blue print on how to make those sales markers and have that business understanding to get to that level. I am buying the hard copy for the reference formula’s.

good and inspiring, but feels short on details
it's good to hear from others who've gotten to where you want to be. while I critique for lack of details I sense that was on purpose as each situation is different. that is driven home by the profiles of millionaire agents in the back of the book.
