It's important to let go
The past can have such a grip on you and you don't even realize it until something triggers you, and just like that, you're wondering why you're depressed or upset or angry. Well, letting go of the past, forgiving yourself, forgiving others, acknowledging the hurt, these steps are so important for healing and moving forward. I like how useful this audiobook is. No matter who you are, the past has a way of coming back into your present in some form. Sometimes that's a great thing, and other times, it's better to let go. It's a nice technique that incorporates repetition of the same hypnosis so you can just let go when you're ready.

The present and future are more interesting
After you've learned all you need to learn from your past, going back, regretting, playing what if scenarios, what will that accomplish? You'll just be wasting the here and now. I love this audiobook for its powerful reminder of looking at the past with love no matter what happened. We are all human with many mistakes made and to be made. Enjoy the ride and learn to heal with love.

such important lessons
Don't forget these lessons... They've been so important. It's too easy to forget and get caught up in family drama or toxic environments. Crazy how much we have to monitor who we are around and why we feel the way we feel, but time is something you can't ever get back and you can't change anything in your past anyway. It's a relief to listen to these words. I love it.
