I love, love, love this book!

“The Red Chair Experience” by Chris Michel is an insightful and practical guide to cultivating a positive mindset, overcoming fears, and dealing with life’s challenges. Its brilliance lies in the fact that it’s 100% relatable as he explores the most common issues we all deal with from the mundane to the problems that keep us up at night.

It gives you insight into what might be going on under the hood and empowers you in a more palatable and practical way than a lot of self-help books on the market. Michel weaves in real-life examples to illustrate his point, he sprinkles in lyrics and quotes that we can all relate to, so it feels like you're listening to a great friend who knows your strengths and your weaknesses. His analogies and stories are on point, as are the tools and resources he provides throughout the book which are easy to embrace and implement.

Admittedly there is nothing new under the sun, but it’s rare for me to find someone who totally gets me without me having to sit in a therapist's chair for 6 years. It’s that relatable and down to earth.

The Red Chair Experience is definitely a must-read, or in my case, a must-hear. I listened to the book on Audible which is quite different from reading a physical book in terms of how it lands and is absorbed. I’m an Audible junkie so listening is my go-to, but in this rare instance I’m going to order the book as well so that I can dog-ear the sections that resonate the most. Yes, it’s that good!

Whether you go the Audible route or buy the book, it’s pure gold. You can thank me later.
