Great info but Way too abridged
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
Yes, I'd recommend for the content, but I'm disappointed that so many of the tips and other info in the print book was not included. There was no .pdf with any recipes. Now I need to buy the print book, too.

The Skinny Rules: Everyone needs a reminder
I have this book, but haven't had time to read the actual book. However, I was going on a trip and decided to listen to the audiobook first. I've been into nutrition for quite some time and have lost 100 pounds, so a lot of the information presented was stuff I already knew. Nonetheless, I think it was a great reminder of what I need to do to stay where I am. Overall, I really enjoyed the audiobook and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to lose weight or who has already done it and wants to keep the weight off.

Short , sweet and perfect.
Probably the book to start with for eating right. Jillian michaels book Slim for life would be next while you have started you new life with this. Bob is no nonsense stright to the point approach will get anyone a long ways down the road on their journey.

Good info, bad delivery
What made the experience of listening to The Skinny Rules the most enjoyable?
I am a fan of Bob Harper.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The information is valuable but most of it has been said by most other weight loss experts.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
I am a big fan of Bob's but thanks god the book is short, hearing him read is painful.

This book in perticiliari would say in print. I would not have bought audio had I known it would not include receipes an such.

It is very interesting and sounds achieveable.
What did you love best about The Skinny Rules?
It was very easy to listen to and to understand.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
I was very disappointed that there was no PDF file attached for downloading, the meal and the tools.. For the money it should have been attached.
What does Bob Harper bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
His spoke and I believe in him.

About forgiving his father.

Nailed down
This book gives very distinct rules that are attainable. And it's not just a set of don'ts. The author gives a lot of practical suggestions for handling food. He also is intuitive in explaining hurdles that you may face with practical suggestions.
