Do you have what it be a positive thinker??

Self-sabotage is detrimental to an individual and the audiobook emphasises this. The audiobook is great for the person who wants to hear positive affirmation to keep themselves on track and to stay focused. It is also great because it discusses how many tasks the brain can do at one time.
