ugh - the whispering

I wanted to continue the series, but can’t get over the female narrators constant breathy whispering. And knowing she narrates the next books in the series makes it a no for me.

Female narrator ruins the experience!!

The female narrator’s voice sounds a bit old for the main character and she makes the story sound boring. It was especially hard to go through the part where she’s doing the male voice. It’s so low and uncomfortable to hear. Thank goodness the male narrator is good and got me through the book!!

Good story

Adored the story perfect amount of spice and plot but why on earth does the female narrator insist on freaking whispering it’s annoying and quite distracting definitely takes away from the story

Alex man

So I’m such an Aiden Snow girl that he can do no wrong in my book. But Cindy had such a good read of each of Ana’s characters that I can’t imagine them not speaking in each of this series of characters voices. Alex is harsh and cruel but soft for Ava and Aiden gives us that exactly. Highly, highly recommend!!

PERFECTION!!

I've been sitting on this book series for a couple of months now, but the audiobook for Twisted Love recently released and I was all over it. Narrated by Cindy Kay and Aiden Snow the audiobook was phenomenal. I loved it. I am listening to it for the second time.

Going into this book I knew it was a brother's best friend, alpha-hole, but there is so much more to this book. Alex Volkov is on a level of his own. The man is cold, calculated, and expressionless, but he was also demanding and possessive. The dirty mouth on that man had me replaying certain parts of the audiobook over and over again. Alex and Ava's brother, Josh are best friends, so naturally Ava is off limits, but that of course didn't stop the inevitable between Alex and Ava. Once they crossed the line, there was no going back. I loved that Alex wasn't apologetic. He was well aware of what he was doing and the consequences he will have to eventually face.

Ava and Alex had so much more in common than the two of them realized. They were both plagued by memories and haunted by nightmares that concealed so many truths. Their tragic pasts would either unite them or it would tear them apart.

The way Alex was with Ava was everything. He was possessive but at the same time she is the one who was in control. If there was anyone who deserve happiness, it was Ava. The girl has been through so much. So many people betrayed her and hurt her, yet she remained so optimistic about like. I absolutely loved her.

Too predictable

Overall the book was interesting, but before they tracked what was about to happen I could already guess and I would be right.

Great story

I think this is a good story that kept me interested. Can’t wait to listen to the next one.
Narrator: Cindy Kay on the first several chapters did a poor job overall but improved halfway through. I am glad I hung in there through the awful whisper narrating. Aiden Snow did amazing.

Wow!!

There has been so much hype around this series and I can tell you it’s valid!! I loved this book and devoured it in a day! Can’t wait to finish the rest of the series!

Amazing

I have read and listened to so many of Ana's books and they always hit just right! Alex and Ava are one of the ultimate couples and are one of my favorites. The audiobook brought these characters to life again and I can't wait to finish hearing the rest in this series.
