Publisher's summary
The Women's Murder Club is stalked by a killer with nothing to lose.
San Francisco Detective Lindsay Boxer is loving her life as a new mother. With an attentive husband, a job she loves, plus best friends who can talk about anything from sex to murder, things couldn't be better.
Then the FBI sends Lindsay a photo of a killer from her past, and her happy world is shattered. The picture captures a beautiful woman at a stoplight. But all Lindsay sees is the psychopath behind those seductive eyes: Mackie Morales, the most deranged and dangerous mind the Women's Murder Club has ever encountered.
In this pulse-racing, emotionally charged novel by James Patterson, the Women's Murder Club must find a killer - before she finds them first.

Another "Great Story"
What did you love best about Unlucky 13?
This story followed the same format of the last 12 Women's Murder Club Stories! Great, suspenseful, multiple stories progressing at once & it ends with a smile left on your face!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Unlucky 13?
When Yuki got her chance for revenge & to stand up taller than her tiny body. When Cindy "got her girl & then her man back too!"
Which scene was your favorite?
The end. It was a happy, joyful moment!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Several. Each character. Had such a connection with one another and knew what each was thinking!
Any additional comments?
Can't wait for the next book and please no more deaths of the current members but an addition or 2 would be nice. Maybe a CSI tech & a high profile star or model, even a psychiatrist. Do I get credit if you use my ideas?

Not the best of the series...
The last few books have seemed light on details with too much going on. I still don't know what happened to the belly bomber....was it intentionally left open? And nearly the entire previous book was about the baby yet it was two hours in before mentioning? What am I missing?

Amazing -except one thing
I absolutely love this series!!! January does an amazing job narrating, the different voices and tones make this so easy to follow. It's like I'm listening to a movie! I like to read along with the physical book while listening to the audio book.
My only negative is that the chapters in Audiobook don't go with the chapters in the physical book. There are about 5-10 book chapters in one chapter in the audiobook. This makes it extremely difficult to find your spot if you're reading along and don't save your place in the physical book. Previous audio books went chapter to chapter like the physical book, so it was easy to follow along and pick back up.

Good Book
I liked it a lot, the series isn't bad. The performance was great, she does a good job with the voices. I will say the ending wasn't what I expected, but other than that I enjoyed listening to this. I like James Patterson, some I read instead of audio, but this series so far I've only listened too.
