Please do not narrate your own books!
The story is good but Jasper narrating her book particularly ruins it. The book is so monotone and robotic. It was hard listening to it. The only thing that pushed me through was the storyline.

Interracial Sports Romance
The narration on this book was not the greatest. It was definitely more amateurish than professional narration and that took away from the story some what. The overall story was ok. There were definitely some really twisted things that happened in the book and it seemed highly improbable that such a headstrong girl would consent to basically being a slave to some random hockey player just because he has proof that she writes smutty books. She doesn't publish them in her name, so it's unlikely that anyone would be able to tie that back to her. But to then decide that he loves her and wants to be with her after treating her like a slave, and her choosing to just go with it.... ehh kind of stretched the suspension of disbelief a little.
Side note... there isn't enough lube in the world that would make anal sex pleasurable, for a woman who hasn't ever even put a finger up her butt, for the very first time. More less that she'd climax from the penetration. She'd be lucky to not be whimpering from the pain. Especially if the guy has a monster dick like the MMC is described as having.
