Didnt Know That!
For personal and religious reasons, I have never been one to drink alchol. Putting that aside, though, the 101 reasons alone after listening to this book would have put me off of drinking for good if I was a drinker. Gives me great cause for concern for my friends who do drink heavily. I'm certainly glad someone is speaking up and seeking to make an impact in a majority industry.

Reality with a shot of humor
This audiobook is a great gift to the woman with thinks a few glasses of wine after work is harmless. It points out the dangers of even casual but regular drinking and gives personal insight about alcoholism. The author shares personal stories that are funny, but point out the darker truth about drinking.
Well written and narrated, it's entertaining while delivering a valuable lesson.

Brilliant audio!
I loved this book. As someone who has been sober for quite a few years I wanted a book that I could read to refresh the reasons in my mind of why I chose to become sober and the benefits of that lifestyle just to make sure I didn’t waver or relapse. It did just the job and I was also inspired to check out the other books by the same author and follow her work on the sober girl society. Very good for younger people who still want to incorporate the going out lifestyle into their lives. Highly recommend

Loved it!
This such a great audiobook and different from what I usually listen : I do not drink alcohol and people always ask me " why don't you drink alcohol". This audiobook is inspirational and motivational: it explains the benefit of not drinking while being realist. This audiobook raises many question about the risk danger of drinking, but also the fact that we grew up in a society where it's more common to drink than say no to one. I loved it, it's thought-provoking, while being easy to listen. I loved it and recommend it to any woman.

I adored this listen!
The first thing that hit me when I began listening to this book was how lovely the narrator's voice is. Then, as soon as I dived in I, was enchanted by the content and structure. There is such a huge drinking culture here in Australia and many of us feel pressured to partake in this as it is at the center of every social event. This was certainly an eye-opening listen that had me rethinking the effects of even small amounts of alcohol on my body and mind.

This audiobook has 101 reasons why you should stop drinking. The author does a fantastic job of sharing life lessons with a bit of humor, illustrating why you really should stop drinking. She shares personal stories and wisdom on what can happen when you drink too much and why you should just simply stop drinking. The facts are staggering, and this audiobook helped me really look at my social life and just how much of a part alcohol is in it. From work functions, to going out with the girls after work, to going out on the weekends looking to meet a guys and even family functions, alcohol is everywhere, and it is easy to drink too much and for it to become a part of your routine.
