The wealthy Wild brother finds love

Ryan Wild is intriguing and generous as a self made billionaire. He’s attracted to his best friend’s adult younger sister Polly, but not much is made of that. Instead the drama comes from business enemies and former contacts. Jason Clark was perfect for narrating Ryan. His role as a new father of a teenager was endearing and very understanding and after a misunderstanding at the start he was a pretty sweet boyfriend if a bit too generous! Having known Polly much of his life though he needed to impress without being overwhelming.
Polly has been in several books now so happy to see that the clothing boutique owner has her own story. Too bad that Maxine Mitchell was cast to narrate because while she is a very competent narrator, her voice just doesn’t fit as the sweet, easily distracted, eye for fashion Polly. The character development for Polly also seemed a bit off. It was a bit over the top that someone with such a great eye for fashion- fabric, colors, and style, couldn’t pick paint colors and was comfortable with a messy wall at home when she mentions the neutral wall colors means flexibility in choosing accessories like pillows. What was really great though was to see how the business women’s club has become so successful and supportive of each other. With that though it seemed odd that best friend Summer or one of the others didn’t check the shop for Polly when she was gone and give her more of a heads up and that Polly didn’t FaceTime her employees or set up cameras in the shop that she could remotely view. The story moves the family saga along and sets up the next story of Brady and the single mom. Hopefully we will se a little more of each of the couples with their unique personalities and not quite so neutral- like we saw with Remington as well as Chase and Summer.

Best of the series!

My favorite Wilds of Montana series yet! This series is fast becoming one of my favorite comfort reads. Kristen Proby knows how to deliver so much swoon and heart with all that charm and lots of sincerity. This heartfelt romance had me floating with happiness and butterflies. Chock full of small town charisma, sweet and sultry chemistry, and the most endearing cast of characters, Wildest Dreams was a wondrous and delightful escape to the most magical part of Montana.

Polly and Ryan are SO sweet and delicious together. I could not stop turning the pages, I was so charmed by their connection. Their love story is a beautiful blend of emotional depth and lighthearted moments, and of course some delicious spice. Their chemistry is off the charts- I just love how intensely they are into one another. They are really just so adorable. And Ryan is the dreamiest. Super rich book boyfriend who pines after his girl and dotes on her?! And he adopts and gives his whole heart to a once troubled teen?! I AM IN LOVE. He supports Polly and her dreams, he’s the kind of man who doesn’t just want his girl to shine, he gives her the spotlight so she can truly sparkle. And Polly is major girl crush material- kind, funny, loving, generous. I fell madly for them both. And Jake- gah, sweet Jake. I love how important he was in this story, his relationship with Ryan really stole my whole heart.

As always, Kristen gives us some amazing family dynamics, the most wonderful community of found family, and even more of a look into the magical small town these characters breathe life into. The friendships and family elements are just as substantive and well developed, and I also love catching up with our former couples. This series is a delightful escape into the alluring draw of small-town Montana life with the most engaging characters. But Ryan and Polly really are magic. Wildest Dreams is such an enchanting journey- and with a little dash of suspense there’s just the right amount of drama to the overall lower angst, dreamy read.

The audiobook is fantastic- Jason Clarke and Maxine Mitchell’s dual narration really captured all that was endearing about both Ryan and Polly and brought so much sparkle to their performances. I was swooning so hard and every magical thing Ryan did, and Maxine made me fall even more in love with the supremely lovable Polly.

I can’t get enough of this series- and I can’t wait to be back with the Wilds again soon!

Nothing better than a billionaire cowboy narrated by Jason Clarke.

Jason Clarke and Maxine Mitchell did an outstanding job of narrating this small town, billionaire and clothing shop owner story of love with the sweetest teenage kid too!

Ryan is a hard working billionaire, a rancher, and a single father to teenage Jake, a kid who needed a break, someone to care about him, and wow does that father-son bond form beautifully and melt your heart.

Polly owns the local dress boutique and she’s a savvy, smart business woman. They are a great couple except she’s uncomfortable with Ryan spending so much money on her. If she needs something, he’s right there to “fix it”. And then he surprises her with a trip to Paris. Yea, Polly never had a chance to resist him - definitely swoon-worthy that Ryan Wild.

This is an easy listen, an enjoyable small town romance, with a great cast of characters. Looking forward to Brady Wild’s story next!

Maxine & Jason are my dream team

I had received an ARC of this, so I already knew the story was superb. When I learned Maxine Mitchell and Jason Clarke were cast as Polly & Ryan I could hear their narration as I read — and even that didn’t prepare me for their performances in this book!

Maxine is a powerhouse in her own right — she is a perfect fit as an independent, self-made business owner. Polly is equal parts sweet and spicy, and Maxine plays these sides so beautifully. She gives Polly a total boss babe energy while giving her effortless charm. You immediately can see Polly as someone you’d want to be friends with, and someone who is deserving of a love story.

Jason as Ryan Wild is such a gift. Not only is Ryan a very successful billionaire, he is also an adopted dad to a teenage Jake. Jason balances the swoon-worthy parts of his performance as the man who cannot get enough of Polly and as a a dad who wants to do right by his son (who is still working through his own trauma). Don’t even get me started on a phone call scene between Jake and Ryan while Ryan is in Paris. 😢🫠

Though they had a one night stand, Polly and Ryan haven’t been able to stop thinking of each other. So when their paths cross again, they decided to jump into a sweet relationship that builds progressively as the story goes on. He’s also her brother’s best friend, they’ve known each other their whole lives, and no third act breakup!

Both Maxine and Jason navigate a French accent (you’ll swoon when they are in Paris), various children’s voices, and effortless transitions from character to character. I adored this performance by both of them and could not (and frankly would not) push pause on this audio. 🥰

Small town family values

Excellent story , not fond of the narrators on this book. However if it’s written by Kristen Proby I will read it !

A Wonderful Wild Story

Ryan Wild has just adopted a teenage son, but he can't forget about the one night he spent with Polly before his life changed. She can't forget about him either. Once they get the misunderstanding about why they haven't contacted each other out of the way, Ryan makes it clear that he wants to date Polly. He's rich and wants to give her everything she wants but she feels uncomfortable and thinks he'll believe she's just after his money. I like the way the Wild family takes care of each other and that extends to their significant others. I like this series and hope we get Brady's story next. The narration by Jason Clarke and Maxine Mitchell was terrific and brought the story to life.

absolutely fabulous

I am definitely falling in love with this series every story is very individualized even though each one is about a different sibling so you see some of the family in each one. I love Ryan and I loved Polly Polly is this independent woman running her own business making a way on herself but at the same time struggling cuz it's not a small business owner it's a struggle and of course Ryan is a billionaire so he's got money but she's a little uncomfortable actually with his money which is kind of neat to see cuz a lot of time people don't always have that in the stories but that was neat to see in the story and of course Ryan adopted a teenager so we have that aspect of the story. I enjoyed this story a whole lot it definitely made me smile it had lots of fun things happening during this story The narrators did a fabulous job Jason Clark is a spectacular actor he does little kid voices so well in fact Maxine oh my word she's another one who who is so good at what she does these two rock as a team for this story and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Small town Montana 😍

Book 3 was literal perfection. Polly is a badass independent business woman living in a small town. After her one night stand with Ryan Wild turns into more, you can’t help but swoon over the relationship with Ryan and Polly. It’s brothers best friend, billionaire, small town-what else do you need? Ryan is a true BOSS and I’m obsessed when he takes charge both in business and with Polly. Jason Clarke and Maxine Mitchell never fail to deliver. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars, it was gold.
