These patterns often keep us in cycles of urgency and reactivity, until we bring more conscious awareness to them. Through a simple visualization, you’ll be guided to create space. Space for things to breathe, unfold, and resolve in their own time. We shift into the energy of acceptance, ease, and flow, releasing tension, urgency, and the need to force what isn’t ready. As we close the practice, we anchor in a beautiful, simple mantra: “slowly… slowly… slowly…” A reminder of what true patience feels like. When you regularly visualize a future outcome and feel it in your body, your brain begins wiring itself toward that reality.
