Our listeners may ask themselves what does bawmcast mean. On one hand we could simply tell you the answer however the answer is much more complex. Grant and I sat down months ago in preparation for our first episode, in preparation for the start of this business and asked ourselves, “What can we help this generation achieve?” After countless hours of brainstorming we finally were led to a point of unity, a stance where we could confidently say that we wanted to help others begin Building a Winning Mindset or Bawm for short.

Each episode features an in-depth conversation with an entrepreneur who has overcome obstacles, taken risks, and achieved their goals. Our goal is to inspire the youth by sharing the stories of these successful entrepreneurs, who started with nothing but an idea and turned it into a thriving business.
