I‘m not an expert on the matter but one thing that I have learnt is by opening up to people and sharing my experiences I can help manage my depression and in the process help others who are going something similar, my hope is that this may be a catalyst for someone to find support or find the strength to reach out to a family member or friend. Come along for the journey even if you are well and healthy or are looking after someone who is struggling with that dark cloud. Namaste
