Daniel is the Co-Founder of Endthelegacy.org, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals at risk for familial ALS.

Daniel is also the Vice President of Operations and Patient Advocacy at Coya Therapeutics, a new company that hopes to find treatments for neurodegenerative diseases like ALS and dementia. Dr. Stanley Appel's research on neuroinflammation inspired the therapeutic direction of Coya Therapeutics. Dr. Appel has been actively caring for ALS patients for decades.
