Episode 3 of The Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series: Healing from Dependency on Psychiatric Medications

I am excited to start The Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series which share the EETs that I've done over the years with my patients that have been particularly useful for my patients and can be universally helpful for others.

To start this series, I've created three different YouTube videos and podcasts. The first is a brief introduction to EET and will walk you through an EET session that addresses negative self-judgment and regret.

This third episode of the EET Healing Series targets healing from dependency on psychiatric medications. Of course, I recommend working with a holistic and integrative psychiatrist on this issue, but not everyone can afford a holistic psychiatrist, so this EET is meant to provide some energy-healing support to those who want to get off their psychiatric medications but can't afford holistic medical treatment and follow-up.

The EET focuses on improving the neurological system and minimizing damage and hypersensitivities that come from psychiatric medication exposure. Using universal principles of energy medicine: intention, visualization, Life Energy, words, ideas, and focus, we use the mind as a tool to facilitate healing at the energy level.
