Aran, known as the "lunch dad," prepares hot lunches using locally sourced, organic ingredients, following ancestral principles at a Waldorf school in Austin, TX. Aran is a part of the School of Lunch Training Academy and teaches individuals how to make lasting changes in their own school lunches.
