The thirty-seventh Wednesday of Twenty Twenty Four. Another classic coming at ya. Today we dive into the mind and all that surrounds it. Our guest, who has been in the field for roughly six years now, is a psychologist whose goals are to make resources for mental health more accessible and digestible, with introducing the matter at much younger ages being one of his biggest long term goals. The Bill Nye of Mental Health, he aspires to be. And as we break down all of the components surrounding our complex psychology’s, we understand why we, as individuals, need to prioritize and be more aware of our mental barriers, or lack thereof. So much stems from how we operate, and this episode was amazing at diving into all of it. Ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, live at the HQ, we welcome... JUSTIN KEPPLE.
