    Welcome back! It's officially Season 2!

    This episode is all about grief! There is a content warning as there will be a lot of talk about death and a brief mention of suicide (with no detail).     The last episode of Season 1 is here! And it's all about Bipolar Disorder! This disorder is one that changed the course of my life the moment I was diagnosed with it. It's been a wild ride going from knowing nothing about it to analyzing every single thing I do and learning to manage it.
