At 28, with two young children, our guest felt exhausted and was told by her doctor that it was normal. She refused to accept this as her reality. In this inspiring episode, she shares her journey of reclaiming her energy and health and reminds women that it’s never too late to reach their fitness goals. We dive into how to create plans that fit into your life, shift your mindset from sacrifice to empowerment, and how motivation can reshape the way you show up in life.

Coach Katie Woodall is 43 years old, and hasn't always loved eating healthy and exercising! When she was 28 and had only 2 young children at the time, she had zero energy to care for her family. She remembers going to the doctor concerned and him looking at her in the face and telling her this was normal. She refused to accept that as her new norm!

A friend started a personal training business around that time so she signed up and trained with her once a week. Slowly, she started noticing muscles she'd never seen before and her energy dramatically increased! It lit a fire in her! She wants to encourage other women to move their bodies and eat healthier!

So she started teaching group fitness and that was over a decade ago! Now, she trains women from her home studio and obtained her transformational macro coaching certification last summer and started her own coaching business - Aspire Fitness and Nutrition!

She wants women to know it's never too late to reach their health and fitness goals!

Allison Moser has served in Army Aviation for over 24 years and has achieved the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4. She has eagerly filled the roles of Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Test Pilot, Training Officer, Safety Officer, Armament Officer and Flight Operations Specialist among others. Her primary aircraft have been AH-64 Apache and UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and her career has included deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq & Kosovo. She is currently an Instructor Pilot at the Eastern Army National Guard Aviation Training Site (EAATS) where she has the pleasure of interacting with and training Army aviators from all over the country on a daily basis. Allison appreciates the opportunity to serve and thoroughly enjoys encouraging others to persevere.

That experience ranges from LIHTC, Senior Living, Student, Lease-up, New Construction, Class A+, Dispositions / Acquisitions and Renovations. From 2019-2023 Amanda oversaw over 4,000 units of A+ new lease ups in the Southeast Market.

Amanda serves as a prior Board of Director, with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and was the President in 2017. Amanda participated in the Government Affairs committee with the GCAA, she was the 2013 recipient of the Citizen of the Year award and the 2013 Reach Award. Amanda was awarded Regional Property Manager of the year for 2014 and was also selected as Volunteer of the Year for the GCAA in 2014. Amanda was selected as Corporate Professional of the Year in 2019. Amanda was recognized by Women We Admire as the Top 50 Women Leaders of North Carolina for 2023 and 2024.

Amanda currently holds her NC Real Estate license, the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation with NAA. Amanda is currently a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
