    On this episode of RNT Fitness Radio I’m joined by Rima Patel, who comes on to share her incredible journey with us at RNT. After winning one of our unprecedented giveaways in 2022, she joined with the goal to get into the best shape of her life.

    Rima was raising two children after a divorce trying to balance work and family. She hadn’t felt good in her body after her two pregnancies but she didn’t feel like she had any time to focus on her health. She’d tried many “quick fix” diets and exercise programmes but none of them seemed to stick. Rima was insecure in the way that she looked and wanted a change that would stick for good.

    And after going all in on the RNT Method, she has found a way to do it all…The programme allowed her to balance time with her family, work and time to exercise in a way that would last.

    Her 12kg weight loss was just the tip of the iceberg in terms of her results. Now 20 months into her journey, Rima’s strength has gone through the roof!

    In fact, she’ll share a story in this podcast from a recent trip to India which will share the power of this transformation better than I can do with this introduction.

    This week on RNT Fitness Radio I’m joined by long-term RNTer Sameer Kotecha, who joins us to share his journey of initially losing 30kg with us in his first year at RNT, before going on to improve his physique AND keep it off in the four years since. Sameer’s journey is an excellent example of executing our Five Phase Method to perfection. Prior to joining Sameer was a new dad working a busy job living a hectic lifestyle where naturally, bad habits creeped in. After seeing a friend go on the RNT Journey, he decided he wanted to make a change. Throughout the five years, he’s moved countries twice, home five times and welcomed another beautiful addition to the family. Residing in Singapore, Sameer shares how powerful online coaching can be, as well as how there’s never a good or bad time to do this, only the opportunity you have in front of you. Good content, not quite harsh ➕ poor audio quality

omg, why is the audio so low? Go get the audio software Audacity. It's free and easy to master. Good content but incredibly poor audio quality 😢
