  • Summary

  • Are you sick and tired of spiritual bypass?

Do you find yourself riding the same emotional rollercoaster in every intimate relationship?

Are you missing the final pieces to complete the puzzle of your life?

Do you feel like you can’t quite put your thumb on your true purpose?

At Radically Us we believe that we live in a world of polarity and to only explore one side is a hindrance to our experience. Sure, we’re all one consciousness but we’re different from one another.

Are you living in your higher-self? Or are your shadows controlling you?

We believe that the way to tangibly expand consciousness is to explore these two aspects inside of ourselves. In understanding these sides we begin to see them in others which can enable true empathy and deep compassion.

In each episode we will explore tools that will allow us to leave no stone unturned as we move forward in this self exploration journey.

Through discussion of practices, methodologies, and interviews we will discover these tools together.

  • EP#9: The Monkey Mind and the Conscious Observer
    Aug 31 2021

What a beauty the mind is to behold yet it has a capacity to rob us of the peace that most of us desire. Whenever we find ourselves in judgment of our own actions or the actions of others, the mind builds stories that can construct our own living hell.

In building a relationship to life’s experiences that rests in conscious awareness, a more clearly defined path can be cut through what is contrived and one can find themselves more often meeting reality on reality's terms. To step away from judgment gives space to our needs to come to the surface as they present in the language of our feelings.

  • EP#7: The Truth of Our Triggers
    Jul 30 2021

Who wants to be triggered? Pretty much nobody enjoys it yet it can happen to us on a daily basis. We easily fall into past patterns that first arise in thought, can show us our feelings behind them, and ultimately have their foundation in our most essential needs.

How did we learn what we need? Why do we get so terrified and want to lash out when they are threatened?

Today we will explore the stickiness of our triggers and how to better utilize them consciously rather than letting them fully take the reins of our life.
