  • Summary

  • Populations across the world are ageing rapidly, bringing a range of global challenges to the fore. Now is the time to explore challenges and strategies to improve health and social systems that ultimately impact the function and quality of life of current and future generations of older people.

In the context of the United Nations Decade of Healthy Ageing and as part of a mission to drive the agenda of the world’s ageing populations, the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) has created the Reframing Healthy Ageing podcast - Interactive Dialogues on the Intersections of Health and Well-being of Older People, in collaboration with Amgen.

This podcast series provides a platform for rich and productive dialogue on the intersecting issues which contribute to the burden on healthcare systems, societies, and individuals. These conversations aim to address the main barriers and challenges on the path to prioritizing healthy ageing and improving the lives of older people.
