Sara Pugh talks about her own journey into becoming a Quantum Biologist. She also discusses topics like the exclusion zone water, energy fields, structured water, that the heart is not a pump, proton wires and the importance of Hydrogen in the body.

In this interview Sara and I discuss the importance of light and water for our health. They touch on topics like the types of water, such as hydrogen water and deuterium depleted water, and the effects they can have on our bodies. Sara also explains the concept of exclusion zone water, and how it acts as a barrier to keep toxins out of our cells. She encourages people to focus on improving their internal and external environment in order to maintain good health.

Sara Pugh is very passionate about water because the physics behind it is complex but works as the perfect medium for communication within a living organism. Water carries energy and information and also acts as a semiconductor, making it our body's "water battery." Red light therapy, approved in Europe and Latin America, has been shown to reduce the effects of macular degeneration. However, the sun is still the best source of red light as it provides the full spectrum of light and the correct wavelength for optimal.
