    Haven’t you already been told what to do? Did it work? Was it too restrictive? Or did you not know how to maintain anything when you were finished? This is normal - sadly. And this is why I refuse to tell women what to do. Get back into the driver’s seat and make it happen by learning, being guided, and being OK not being able to do it alone!
