    Mark launched Run Grateful in 2020 during the Pandemic. He wanted to encourage people to embark on a mindful journey, inspiring and connecting runners and walkers across the world through gratitude.

     

    Today Mark shares the inspiration behind Run Grateful and how it came about. He talks about his own personal journey, including the positive results he was able to achieve from finding a mindful way of moving, particularly running

    Joe is currently a student at Edinburgh University. Whilst pursuing his studies in Politics he has developed and launched a start up business providing a platform to support sustainable choices when shopping..

  • A leader’s view of promoting wellbeing in a global organisation

    Daniel is currently in the role of Global Workplace & Wellbeing Lead at Dentsu International who are a global marketing and advertising agency.

     

    Although Daniel’s current role is within the global HR team he started out working for the NHS in the UK and also worked in the private sector. He was employed as both a nurse and health consultant to businesses, supporting employee wellness with his health knowledge. 

     

    He then went on to explore other cultures and countries, including Hong Kong. He began at this time to act as a consultant to companies where he was able to explore and advise on the wellbeing propositions being offered. 

     

    Daniel now has an in-house role at Dentsu responsible for the wellbeing of employees across the global organisation.

     

    In today’s podcast Daniel talks us through:

    • The experience of working in the wellbeing/wellness sector in other countries, 
    • The specific initiatives that have been successfully introduced at Dentsu to support employees, and the importance of collecting data
