Enjoyable
I think this book must be saving lives every day. I ordered it for a loved one who suddenly began having anxiety attacks a few weeks ago, and they were accelerating in severity at a horrible pace. I like this book
I just finished the book and it’s definitely a good listen. I suffer from a lot of aniexty, specific phobias and have a brain that won’t turn off when a negative thought comes in.
