Very Essential for Setting Boundaries

This is a great book that provided me with the hacks on how to effectively set boundaries in all areas of my ’ life so that one is not caged or confined to do things you would not normally do if given the opportunity. All these provided me the ability to practice self-care. It is well written as well.
