Simple & easy to follow

I gave this as a gift to my friend, Christopher G. He was recently diagnosed with obesity & I thought hey, why not listen to it as well. So far, I am very much so impressed with the diet programs in this audio book. Kip Ferguson is a great narrator & the author really made this book as simple & easy to follow as ever unlike other books out there.

Can't wait to leave a review in a few months when my friend Christopher G. wins his fight over obesity with the assistance of this book!

Another Diet?


The book has fast prep meals which is great for people on the go.

Overall, this was a good book with a good variety of recipes.

Kip Ferguson did well with the narration.

It’s been a great beginner audiobook! I have listened a few other audiobook on this subject and this one does a good job making the diet easy to follow. Everything is covered from the history of the diet, the benefits, how to measure ketones, and macronutrients breakdown. Anyone who is interested in a low carb high-fat diet should give this a listen.

I knew absolutely nothing about the Keto diet. This gives a very thorough description of what the diet is, why it's important, health benefits, the differences in foods... It even gives you tips on shopping for the right foods. Whether you're on the Keto diet or not, it's good information to have and good recipes to cook by. This audiobook really helped me.

I highly recommend this audiobook!

. If you're just starting on the Keto diet I highly recommend this audiobook! This audiobook emphasizes how important it is to test for ketosis when you first start out the diet when you first start eating low carb. I hgihly agree with her in that it's not only a great confidence booster but also essential to knowing if you're doing things right or wrong and whether or not changes have to be made to be on track with your goals.
