    Excellent Refresher for Clinicians

    Simple exercises that can easily be taught to patients struggling with anxiety. I do wish the full guided exercises were included with the text, but they are available for free on SoundCloud.

    too theoretical hard to relate

    strong accent hard to understand
    and too theoretic and examples are not practical to normal non phd people
