Very relaxing "soundtrack"
This was a nice ""soundtrack"" of cricket sounds which was very relaxing for me. I let it play in the background while I was reading a book and then as I went to bed and went to sleep. Surprisingly amazing; I recommend!

Perfect Puppy Music
I put this on before bed, and I have two young pups who are a little restless at night as we crate train them. They were calm and went right to sleep. For me, it felt like I was in the open outdoors without all the bugs biting me. It’s very relaxing, and the length is perfect for getting into REM sleep.

So Relaxing
This audiobook is something I like to play around 30 minutes before going to sleep. I really like the sounds of nature, it calms me down and I feel a connection with earth. I have certainly had improved sleep since using this audiobook and I recommend it.

Extremely Relaxing Listening
I just stepped outside the other evening to the robust sounds of nature, and commented to my wife how much I love the chorus. This book is that serenity on demand!
