Extremely fascinating!!
It was enlightening and insightful. After years of struggling with weight loss, I think this book can really help. It focuses on self-hypnosis and meditation techniques to address emotional eating and body anxiety, providing realistic and tested strategies that go beyond the typical fad diets. Excellently produced audiobook
A lot of affirmation books mess up in two ways: they don't give you context for what you're experiencing, and they have bad narrators. This book avoids both of those problems.
It's really well-written and well-researched, and the narrator is fantastic.
