Fantastic Follow Up Book!

I absolutely loved the 80/20 book for running. I used the training plans for several years. So when this book came out, I jumped on it. For runners who are familiar with training plans, heart rate zones, etc. this book is the next step. I can't wait to see where the training plans get me!

Great Guide for Improving the Recreational Runner skills

Liked that this book was authored by two renowned runners in different points of view. Loved that there are specific training skills that needed to be told that are not really known to the “rest of us” runners.
I was ok with all the mention of studies that prove this and that —but I somehow got lost in the technicalities.
I am going to listen to it for the second time to better understand Ben’s coaching advise and Matt’s perspective and experience backed by science.
Loved the narrators’ excited voices!
