Simple tools to begin working on yourself

I enjoyed this short audiobook, as it presented some important questions about taking responsibility for our lives. I do wish that the audiobook would have given us a bit of time to think about our answers to the questions so we could follow along. I also enjoyed the mind trap example about the fishtail--sometimes we accept things as they are instead of questioning them, and the original reasoning could have been flawed. This little exercise got me really thinking. Highly recommend!

What a breath of fresh air.

Sometime you need a little support. And here it is. Both big picture stuff, and small details. Fantastic narration too. It's motivating, and a joy to listen to. Recommend!

I really enjoyed this !

This self-improvement book is straight to the point, this book has some great tips and tools on how to keep yourself accountable in your journey to get better. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to grow into the best version of themselves.

Must listen!

If you are interested in this audiobook you are obviously interested in making yourself better than you were yesterday. This book helps you get there easily and efferently being only 38 minutes. Robert Plank voice is also nice to listen to!

The "victim" mentality has embraced our culture. This book will help those who see themselves as victims escape that self-defeating mindset. When it comes down to it, we're only a victim if we allow ourselves to think we are. This book will help you escape that trap.
