Perfect for New or Experienced Agents
This book has exceeded my expectations! I have been a real estate agent for 6 years and this book has been incredibly helpful. If you are stagnant in your business this is a must read/listen. If you are a brand new agent, save yourself a lot of heartache and read this book and apply the principles early on. Definitely going to be recommending to every agent I come in contact with!! Also this is read by the author who has an amazing voice! I put it in 1.4 mode and it was a perfect listen speed!

Recruiting tool for the  author
This book was not incredibly helpful. By the end of the book it feels more like a recruitment tool to try and get you to join the pyramid of her EXP Realty group. It feels like she wants you to bond with her and believe that she is the person for you and who you need to be working with. Nothing new or particularly stimulating.
