The best guide for bipolar disorder
I wish I had this book years ago to better understand my mother’s symptoms. And I’m glad I found it now because it clarified all of the behaviour for me. The author did a wonderful and thorough job of explaining the different types and acknowledging how difficult this disorder can be and with the right combination of strategies you can successfully manage it. I appreciated all the resources offered as well. This book is a keeper. Highly recommended.

Captivating and Eye-Opening
As someone who isn't all too familiar with mental health struggles, this book was a great read and made me understand what it's like to live with such a profound condition. Tons of really helpful info
This author offers not only a ton of well-researched information but a healthy dose of compassion as well. The book is well-organized and easy to follow. The narrator is fantastic. Oh, and the PDF with resources and some great graphics to refer to while you're listening... excellent. This audiobook will help a lot of people!

Better understanding of Bi-polar Disorder
This book gives positive resources such as guided meditations, visualizations and prayer to calm the mind. By keeping a more positive mindset it can help reduce stress and bad thoughts which in turn will help with better emotion. The book gives hope to both the person with this and the people who want to support their friend or loved one. Better understanding helps the relationship. The resources given to help and the real life stories create hope for a better way of living with this. Good book for sure.

Super helpful resource!
Props to both the author and the narrator because I learned a lot from listening to this book. I know some people who have suffered from bipolar disorder, but I wasn't that aware of what it actually was and the effect it has. After listening to this book I feel much more informed. The tips, strategies, and information the author included was very helpful, including the guided meditation! This book is a great resource for not people who experience bipolar disorder, but for someone like me who has known loved ones who experience it. I feel well equipped to support my loved ones in the way the need. I would highly recommend this book!
