Amazing audiobook

This audiobook is for you if your personal fitness objectives are giving you trouble. It helped me find out all I need to know about how to accomplish my goals and is jam-packed with value after value. The author's extensive experience is evident in his work, which explains everything you need to know in under three hours. It's worth a listen, I promise.

I absolutely loved listening to this audiobook. The author has a great perspective on helping others achieve their health goals. I can definitely relate to a lot of topics mentioned in the book. I now have gained a better mindset on how to achieve my full potential mentally and physically! MUST LISTEN

I've tried to lose weight again and again, but this book gave me the missing link to long term success! After reading this book, I feel mentally prepared and full of conviction that my new healthy lifestyle will not just be a passing fad, but a way of life for me because I deserve it. This book helped me make a vow to myself to show up for myself and do what it takes to accomplish my fitness goals. Here are the real fundamentals for success

As someone who has been reasonably active most of my adult life, I have never been consistent. This is a relatively short but very effective and practical tool to really get to the crooks of why and how to make the fitness that is meaningful, a lifestyle for me as an individual. I found myself nodding, agreeing with the author many times.

It has been excellent in helping me remain focused and sticking to my routine.

Motivating!

I love how this book explains the importance of aligning your mental and emotional health. Mindset is an essential piece of the weight loss puzzle but can often get overlooked. If you are like me and have fitness goals you wish to reach but can't seem to get there or maintain your weight loss once you do, I would highly recommend listening to this!

Just what I was looking for

This audiobook is the complete package to health.
I've been trying random workouts and diets for years, but this book really pulled it all together in a way that worked for me.
Well organized, just the right amount of detail, and the mindset stuff is presented in a very approachable way.
I would consider this the best holistic health/fitness book I've ever read.
