Such a great book to jumpstart, or re-jumpstart, your positive way of thinking. I found myself getting into a rut lately, and went looking for some positive affirmation books to help pick me up a bit. So glad I came across this audiobook. It offered so many affirmations, ranging from many different topics. I particularly liked the ones on motivation and drive and success and achievement. I'm transitioning right now with my career, and these types of affirmations really helped me realize everything happens for a reason and some things are out of your control... But your mindset can play a huge part in how you handle such changes. I woke up feeling lighter and inspired after listening!
