Great concept: Very powerful audio!
Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

Worthy listen! Highly recommended!
I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got this, but it was just a credit so I figured why not. I feel like it's helping me, and it's been one of the only mind shifts that have worked for me. Worth it for me.I have used this for only four nights, but I sleep great and I feel free during the day. Not thinking about food all day. Highly recommended!
