Mixed Depths: Navigating Complexity with Potential

An unconventional writing style sets this book apart. While the plot is rich with activity, it occasionally leaves readers like me grappling to keep track of characters, events, and locations. Yet, amidst the confusion, there's a glimmer of hope that future installments will shed light on lingering mysteries. Despite the challenges, diving into this series is still worth the journey.

The narration is extraordinary.

The narrators were amazing. The story is intricate and they portrayed all of the emotion beautifully. They captured the essence of each character flawlessly.

slow to start but amazing

someone said it has "way too much erotica" I'd have to disagree. 1 chili peper. there is open door but it's a slow burner, think ACOTAR 1.

slow to start. lots of would building, which is a plus for me. when the story gets going, it really gets going. read over half of the book in one day.

A+++ narration! both the female and male are fantastic

Unique Fantasy read

I couldn’t stop listening but now that the book is done I’m left with even more questions. I’m glad to know the story is a trilogy but upset at myself for not realizing this just came out so now I have to wait lol. I did enjoy reading the book but I do feel like parts were dragged on and others gone over too quickly. This kind of reminds me of watching Dune in theaters lol confused but knowing there was more to come because what did I just watch lol. This book was thrilling and unique so I will continue the series but I did like FBAA WAY more and wished people did not compare the two since every book in that series felt like a stand alone in the sense of emotional enjoyment. This felt like a tease and more mysterious without real answers. Always, the narrators were lovely so worth a listen but just understand it’s not as emotionally satisfying as other popular books.

Very much worth the credit. Off to read book 2 in Kindle Unlimited because it isn’t available yet here. The narrators did an excellent job. They seemed to work well together.

Sarah A. Parker is an AMAZING author and WHEN THE MOON HATCHED is PHENOMENAL! My mind is blown & I need more! Slow burn romance at its best ❤️

My thoughts

When I first started listening to this book I about gave it up. The story building was just making the beginning slow. But once you get past the first few chapters I was hooked. I’m just so sad how this book ended CLIFFHANGER 🫣. I need more I need to know what happens next.
