I really enjoyed this audio book! I believe any woman who has ADHD should give it a listen. There were many moments where I was surprised to find that some of the things I struggle with like time management, getting challenging tasks done and just sometimes being overwhelmed is common for those of us who struggle with ADHD. I appreciated the tips on how to take on daily life by doing things in increments and taking breaks. This book was an overall gem!

highly recommend for women with ADHD!

This has a wealth of info & tools for women with ADHD! After reading this I feel more confident in my abilities because there are so many good suggestions and ideas here to not just cope but succeed. Much of what I heard here I relate to which was not surprising to me since a close relative of mine has been diagnosed. There is a lot in life I hope to accomplish and sometimes it feels overwhelming but its good to know that the ability to focus isn't cookie cutter and is something I can accomplish. I like that this book goes into detail about career ideas, nutrition, and comorbidities. overall a super useful read I highly recommend for anyone who has, thinks they have, or knows someone who has or might have ADHD. Also i really appreciate learning the differences between ADHD in men/boys & women/girls. Narration was great!

Great Guide in learning about ADHD

It's such a great guide in learning about women with ADHD using a very simplified language. The narrator's grammatical pronunciations are clear thus easy to understand and follow. There are many references and Citings for clarification and more research. It's such a helpful guide and I can strongly recommend to anyone wishing to learn and understand more on ADHD

Great Tips

This book was important to read for me. I didn’t know I had ADHD until I read this book. I was able to understand a lot about myself from reading this book. The tips were wonderful and made me think about ways to guide my life in a healthy way.

Great book

It helped me understand a lot about myself and my ADHD. I was diagnosed as a child and wasn’t taught about how it could/would affect my life. I can’t wait to start my journey by seeing a therapist so I can have better coping mechanisms.
