    In this FINAL episode of the season, I speak with special guest Emily Young. Emily is the Deputy Executive Director for the WA Division of the /Property Council of Australia. She joined the Property Council of Australia in December 2018 as policy and communications advisor before becoming the senior policy and communications advisor for the Victorian division in April 2019.Emily moved to Perth following her appointment to her current role in October 2020 and now considers herself a true WA sandgroper.She talks about the Property Council and the role it plays in the Australian property industry and the crucial work it does to support the industry and the current hot topics.Emily also studied law in her early days and talks about how it has allowed her to develop her career and to her current role. Samantha has spent most of her career in the corporate world before building a startup publisher and education company called Elite Agent of which Samantha is the managing editor of Elite Agent Magazine, which she established in around 2013. Elite Agent Magazine is a real estate industry only magazine, which represents the who's who in the real estate industry, plus news, education, and resources from around Australia. To add to this, Samantha is also a podcast host of shows such as the Elevate Podcast and the Daily brief, just to mention a couple.Samantha's company also provides industry resources and training through her Elite Agent Academy, different research and events like Transform and the annual Elite Retreat, which will be happening again this year.     Ash is general Manager of Protec Hub WA and is leading the charge to make WA the Proptec capital of Australia. Our chat is super fun and you will no doubt see just how passionate Ash is about achieving his goal.

    Like every great leader, his enthusiasm is infectious and it is understandable as to why so many innovative entrepreneurs are buying into his vision. He is always busy networking and bringing people together and talks about how it all started and a few key people that helped him.
