    Erin Galloway-Ormsby is the founder of Habitize Publishing, host of the Press Publish Podcast, and author of Spilled Confetti. With over 20+ years of experience working with companies, families, and individuals, she has helped people from all over the world create and implement habits that make their lives better. Her Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University laid the path to be an empathetic leader and her innovative role in education at Johns Hopkins University built up her grit, but it's the daily routines of parenthood that revealed how her habits are a daily practice in bravery and boundaries.

    John has worked on a farm and gun range, delivered packages for UPS and been fortunate to be a part of a small organization that grew to one of the largest privately held multinational corporations in the world. John has led and managed hundreds of people and their unique personalities.

    Currently, John owns a consulting and recruiting firm in Scottsdale and strive to help businesses build healthy cultural environments for their people to work in and hematches great candidates to great careers assisting all to realize a better future.

    All that John has experienced has guided him to a path of recovery, being clean and sober for 15 years. John recognizes himself as just another person with several above and below average qualities. John has struggled and excelled personally and professionally. Just like all of us. John strives to be a non-judgmental and practice active listening knowing that there are many ways to interpret any situation.

    John is Colorado born and raised, SoCal casual in East Coast attire behaving Southern proper! A little bit preppy with rock 'n roll adornments. John is a water polo player that is an average golfer, an excellent shotgun shooter while striving to be a better father, friend, leader and companion every day. His true passions in life come from being entertained by people that are truly great at their craft.

    Rebecca has been leaning into discomfort from a young age and that continued until 2020 when, after several hard years navigating life stuff she didn't choose, she ended up burning out. She tucked in to heal and grow, which was necessary but also made her world very small. She has since entered into 2024 proclaiming it the year of discomfort in order to expand and grow in different ways. I'm excited for you to meet her!

    Sophia Lovasz is a seasoned retail leader with over 30 years of experience in collegiate retail and strategic relationship building, leading brick and mortar operations and ecommerce on college campuses. Throughout her career, she developed a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with serving diverse student, faculty and staff populations. During that time, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies, with an HR certificate, at Barry University, and received her Masters of Business Administration degree at Northeastern University.

    Sophia is passionate about leveling the playing field for small business owners by providing and creating educational resources while advocating for inclusivity and equity. Sophia grew up working for her Haitian immigrant parents in their retail business and saw first hand the impact that is made when you build with the community in mind. It is that experience that drives her passion for continuous learning, storytelling, and enabling others. Sophia is also the Founder and CEO of Simply Visibility, where she helps students, employees, and entrepreneurs use social media to attract opportunities so they don’t have to chase them. She believes that finding your voice is the key to unlocking your value and building credibility in your community and industry. Additionally she is proud to serve as a digital content strategist at Local First Arizona, a venture mentor at the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship & Innovation Institute at Arizona State University, and as a mentor in the We Rise Black Business Accelerator program for Local First Arizona.

    When she isn’t edu-taining audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram as a content creator, she is either taking rides in Waymo’s fully autonomous taxi, spending time with her family, gardening, reading, or working on puzzles.
