  • Ep. 4 - Three Techniques to help move uncomfortable emotions out of your body
    Jun 22 2024

    Send us a Text Message.

In today's episode, I share three self-soothing techniques that you can use to help move uncomfortable emotions move through your body. When we experience self-criticism, depression, anxiety, stress and other intense emotions and do not help them move through us, they stay stuck with us causing us more pain and suffering. These are techniques that I share with my clients when I notice they are experiencing tension in their bodies during our sessions. These three techniques are easy to do on your own anytime or do not require anything other than your body and breath. Which are my favorites to use and recommend.

I hope these techniques help you if you are going through a difficult time right now or need more self-soothing for yourself.
