  • #101 - How Nicole built more strength than most men as a busy 43 year old mom and business owner

    I'm joined with my client Nicole today.

    At 43, Nicole is stornger than most men and is working on advanced bodywieght skils like handstands and ring muscle ups.

    She was overwhelmed and burnt out when we started working together last year. She'd gained unwanted wieght and was always putting herself last.

    Now she is strong, lean and her business has double din size byt she's not as overwhelmed. This is a perfect example on why putting yourself first is essential if you want to be able to give more to those who rely on you.
