Easy to listen to

Dr. Gundry changed my life
The plant paradox changed me from a sick, in pain lectin eating machine to my old, energetic self. This new book is just as good!
I’m alway wary of purchasing “the next book” because sometimes it’s just the same info regurgitated. This book has fresh info about how to live a long and healthy life.
By the way, just had a heart scan and had a zero calcium score and my doc said blood work was “beautiful”. I HIGHLY recommend this book.

A lot of info for audio format
This book might be better in printed or e-form as there is so much detailed info. The pdf supplement is helpful but doesn’t include many things to which I would like to refer for review, the exercise program, for example. The science is well rounded by the anecdotal stories for an easy and interesting listen. The author is well suited to presenting the audiobook.

excellent book, packed with information
Very interesting book, highly recommend the listen. Great diversity of information and how the gut ties to all manner of Health. Have been on the keto diet for 19 months with great success, but this book helped full in some extra information I was unaware of very helpful. I listen to it once, then listen to it again with my wife. Now I want my kids to listen to it.
