After being sick for so long and still not finding the key to why I’m still too tired to live a productive life after once being so full of energy and successful I feel this book after 11 years of Drs hospital s specialists and more has given me the true missing piece of the puzzle I have been trying to solve to my inflammation lack of energy stomach issues concentration and more! I have heard bits and pieces from the over 20 specialists and Drs but Dr Shah has connected the dots and put the final pieces together. It all now fits makes sense and gave me true action steps to take in a clear format to avoid the never ending stream of supplements and things I spent money on with no or little result. Thank you Dr Shah for giving me the path to regain health vitality and strength I have desperately been searching for! 🙏🏻

interesting, but reading is sooo emotionally loaded, basically each word is so emphasized, it starts to be exhausting very quickly. Also too many references to studies , which some people love. Nice and inspirational book, but could be better.

I love that Dr Shah goes thru such an in depth explanation of hormones. This was one of my favorite parts of the book. Understanding hormones in our body and how they work is so important!
