Amazing and comprehensive guide for those who are in the path off venture capitalist deals

Dense Book

Very informative and detailed book for entrepreneur and VC or anyone interested in the topic. Only downside, I would have preferred to get a physical copy instead since there are some calculations that doesn't translate will in audio.

A must read/listen for anyone thinking about venture financing

Hands down the best, most useful, and actionable business book I’ve ever read that wasn’t assigned reading during an MBA, although I’m sure some MBA Programs make this required reading now (if not they should).

Do yourself a favor. Read this if you’re thinking about financing for your startup.
