It got better!

The technological progression is getting even better with Reigan. And we also got to see the Gnomes and some of their own original advancements. Such as the airships, air cannons, and especially their power generation in the airship. Then there is the princess’ advanced beam technology.

Reigan’s creations and especially his “children” are fun and unique. I I like their addition to—and overall effect on—the story.

The necromancers are continuing to be a constant pain. We get a better sense of them.

We also get a new look and a deeper understanding of the mana cultivation system.

I personally love dungeon core books and I love a super smart character who's putting his immense intellect to work in unique ways. If that's your thing then this might be a series for you

great story, stiff narration

Male actor was easy to listen to. Woman actor was pretty much just reading. She had decent voices but was difficult to listen too.

I loved this book and I cant wait to listen to the next one when it comes out
