Cliffhanger!!!!! Young adult dark romance.

Really disappointing ending. Main heroine has been tough throughout this whole book until the last hour. Trigger warning: rape at the end. I usually don’t like reading young adults romance books but since the heroine was such a strong character, I had to go through with it. So hard these days to find a good book with strong female characters. Plus, the author kept it interesting and kept me drawn in. I’m just really disappointed with the ending when main heroine got stupid and reckless. But I guess you can’t always have a happy ending……especially, with a cliffhanger. It’s kept me interested & intrigue enough to finish Avalon & Dean story, so I will continue with this series of books.

Holy…WOW!

This book…shook me! This bad*ss FMC took her trauma and made herself a weapon!! And I was there for every single minute!!

Avalon grew up in a sh*t hole with and even bigger sh*t mother who tried everything to break her. Instead of letting it, she took it and hardened herself into kick *ss woman. Avalon gets recruited on a scholarship to a prestigious academy and has no idea why. Yeah, she’s smart as h*ll but where she came from, no way would anyone hand her this. Everything comes at a price…what will hers be?

When she gets to Eastpoint, she has a run in with the Kings and hands them their *sses. So much so, Dean falls for her. But the twist? And that cliffhanger? Never saw it coming…

You have got to add this to your TBR or pick this book up now!! You won’t regret it!!

Good book

The story is good. I love the male narrator. The female narrator has the worst impression of a man and it drove me insane. That being said, I still listened and continued the whole series because in all it’s a great series. It was free for me so I didn’t loose out

Great narrators, great story

I genuinely enjoyed this start to finish! I quickly finished this in about 24 hrs! Avalon is a badass female lead character and the narrators made the story that much more interesting!
