An Empowering Guide

This is perfect for anyone looking to stay active and vibrant, even though the mirror says that they are aging every day.
This has 30 guided wall, Pilates, poses and routines
I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on mindful breathing, warm-ups, and cool downs, and ensuring that I was doing everything safe and effective

I’ve been looking for something to help my mom stay active. She loves traveling but is having trouble with her knees and hips. This wall Pilates routine is perfect. Effective and Harmonious!

Wall Pilates for Seniors, as I have discovered through this audiobook, has breathed new life into my daily routine. The instructions for the movements are thorough, detailed and easy to follow. I love the way that mindfulness is woven into all of the movements, making it a moving meditation for me. Perfect for Seniors trying to regain movement

Perfect for Seniors trying to regain movement in their life! I really liked how this book started slow, incoporating things like core strengthening and balance but really just overall wellness. We forget sometimes that some of the aches and pains we feel as we get older can be prevented, or limited if we regain muscles that we aren't using as much. This book really focuses on that. I really liked the daily practices.
